Creator Protection Policy & Safety Charter
Last updated: 11/04/2025
Applies to: Afterglow Archives: Creator Edition (“Afterglow,” “we,” “us”). Audience: participating creators, talent managers/agents, and community members.
This Charter sets the non-negotiable standards that govern how creators are recruited, represented, printed, streamed, and protected across all Waves. It is incorporated by reference into our Talent Agreement and Site Terms.
1) Core Principles
- Consent First. Nothing is printed, posted, or streamed without your explicit, documented approval.
- Control & Revocability. You may withdraw or replace approved assets before “Art Lock.”
- Safety Over Sales. Harassment, doxxing, stalking, or non-consensual behavior results in immediate removal and permanent bans.
- Single-Use Purpose. Assets are used only for the specified Wave, format, and print quantities. No reprints.
- Transparency. Odds, print counts (where disclosed), and live break standards are published.
- Compliance. 18+ verification, payment-processor, and jurisdictional rules are strictly followed.
2) Eligibility & Verification
- Age/Identity. All creators must be 18+ at time of agreement. We complete ID and selfie liveness checks via a secure KYC provider before onboarding.
- Ownership. You must own or have written permission to use every asset you submit (no studio/photographer disputes).
- Representation. If you work with a manager/agency, we require a signed authority letter and direct creator countersign.
3) Asset Submission & “Approved Images Only”
What we accept. Portrait, implied, cosplay, gym, or other brand-safe images that meet print quality. Nudity is not required. Specs: 300 DPI minimum, 63×88 mm safe area, no platform watermarks/UI.
Approval workflow. (1) Submission: upload 2–4 images (Base, Foil/Alt, Legendary if applicable). (2) Proofs: we return card proofs (front/back) for review. (3) Art Lock: final “Approved for Print” sign-off. After Art Lock, files move to production.
- We print only files you uploaded and approved.
- No uncropping, editing, or alternate angles without your written sign-off.
- No scraping, screenshots, or third-party pulls—ever.
4) Your Rights & Controls
- Replace/withdraw assets any time before Art Lock with no penalty.
- Name/handle control: cards show your public handle only (no legal name).
- Visibility choice: opt out of Legendary status or bounty mechanics.
- Blocklist power: request buyer block if documented harassment exists.
- Audit trail: upon request, we provide your approvals, proof history, and print intent for the Wave.
5) Image Use Scope & Limits
- Scope: Physical trading cards and on-site marketing for the specified Wave only.
- Exclusions: No digital resale; no third-party licensing; no merchandise beyond approved cards without new consent.
- Duration: Per-Wave, non-exclusive license; ends when the Wave closes (except archival clips of live breaks).
6) Live Stream (Rip Night) Standards
- 18+ audience gates on all streams.
- Moderation: zero tolerance for harassment, hate, sexual coercion, or doxxing.
- On-stream handling: hits are sleeved/top-loaded and labeled on camera; Legendary pulls are announced and clipped.
- No baiting: hosts may not solicit explicit conduct from creators or viewers.
7) Harassment, Doxxing & Abuse Response
- Immediate: Mute → Ban → Document → Escalate.
- Creator-requested bans honored with documented evidence.
- Doxxing/Stalking: permanent ban, order cancellation, and cooperation with law enforcement upon valid request.
- Serious incidents summarized in anonymized quarterly safety notes.
Report channel (24/7): safety@afterglowarchives.com (include handles, screenshots, order/slot IDs).
8) Takedown & Dispute Flow
- Pre-print: replace or withdraw assets up to Art Lock.
- Post-print, pre-sale: we can pull your card and route remaining stock for controlled destruction (certificate provided).
- Post-sale: shipped cards cannot be recalled; we remove marketing assets and prevent future use.
- DMCA/IP claims: submit to legal@afterglowarchives.com; we pause related sales/streams during review.
9) Payments, Allocations & Chargebacks
- Your sealed-pack allocation and affiliate rates are stated in your Tier confirmation. You keep 100% of direct sales of your allocation.
- Affiliate payouts are on validated orders (net of fraud/chargebacks) on a published cadence.
- We may ban buyers for fraud/abuse and void affiliate on fraudulent orders.
10) Data & Privacy
- We collect only what’s required to run the Wave (contact, payout, verification).
- KYC and legal identity stored separately with restricted access; public materials show handle only.
- Retention per legal/processor requirements; then secure deletion.
- No sale of creator data.
11) Quality & Compliance
- Print QC: registration, color, and cut tolerances per spec.
- Content standards: no minors, non-consensual content, hate, or illegal activity.
- Platform neutrality: independent; not affiliated with OnlyFans/Fansly.
12) Prohibited Community Conduct
- Harassment, coercion, hate speech, or threats
- Doxxing or attempts to obtain personal information
- Recording/redistribution of streams to harass creators
- Circumventing age gates or ban evasion
- Chargeback abuse
Violations may result in permanent bans, order cancellation, civil claims, and law-enforcement referrals.
13) Incident Response & Escalation
- SLA: acknowledge safety reports within 24h; remediation plan within 72h.
- Escalation: Safety Lead → Legal → Executive.
- Law enforcement: we cooperate with valid legal requests while protecting creator privacy.
